Vivo started inside the businesses it now serves. Our founders ran operations in U.S. home services and regulated transportation, and hit the same wall every owner hits. The only ways to get real help were too expensive, too slow, or too disconnected to work. Local hiring drained cash and took months. Offshore outsourcing traded quality for cost. So we built the alternative we wanted: a dedicated nearshore team that operates like an internal hire, co-managed until it runs on its own.
