The role at Vivo
You are the engine room of a single U.S. business. Scheduling, data, coordination, and the admin that keeps operations running. When the back office is clean, the whole company moves faster. That is your job.
What you'll do
- Handle data entry, scheduling, and coordination with accuracy.
- Support invoicing and keep records clean and current.
- Keep information moving between the team so nothing stalls.
- Catch and fix the small errors before they become big ones.
What success looks like
- Accuracy. Low error rate across everything you touch.
- Turnaround. Work completed on time, every time.
- Throughput. You handle real volume without dropping quality.
- SLA and on-time completion. You hit the standards the operation depends on.
